CANCELLATION POLICY
We totally understand things happen. Any no-shows or appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the original service booked. We do this to ensure our stylists are still being compensated for their time in your absence. Thanks for your understanding!
